When I first heard about the pandemic, I’ll admit that I was more concerned about my routine being messed up than about spreading the virus.
After a few weeks, however, I realized how important it was to do my part in helping to contain the spread. One way I could do that was by wearing a mask.
As someone on the autism spectrum, I wasn’t sure how I’d handle wearing a face mask. Sometimes I would find it hard to breathe when I put one on, but I realized that I just needed to find the right one for me.
