For 40 years I have lived with PTSD, depression, anxiety, hypomania (bipolar 2), a long list of phobias (including fear of leaving my house, being alone, fear of silence, sensitivities to sound), and a 25 year absence from music/theater/comedy.How did you overcome this experience?I am trying to start a podcast (interview-style) where mental health is among the topics I talk about, and can save up for either a separate show or highlight in the show.
