We all try our best to be as strong as we can but sometimes being strong is exhausting. The more you try the more tiring it can become.
Becoming burnt out on that kind of thing is very possible, and it doesn’t mean you’re ruining things or you’re not still strong, it just means you like everyone else need a break.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to slow down and honestly; you need to keep that in mind moving forward. Below I am going to go over some things that happen when you finally realize you’re tired of being the strong one and while some of them might feel bad they’re overall really good things to let happen sometimes.
