I'm posting this blog during COVID. So, yes, I know that means many of us are NOT out at bars, meetings, etc., as discussed below...but learning to drink mindfully (even at home) is still a healthy goal, and in fact I know many of us are even MORE interested in how to moderate drinking than ever before.
