Self-compassion is a powerful yet often under-used and under-appreciated tool. With the COVID-19 pandemic going on, we need to take the time to care for our emotional wellbeing.

Doing this can even enable us to help others better. Self-compassion can motivate us internally and allow us to show compassion to others externally.
