As a registered dietitian, I’ve seen and heard my fair share of diet and weight loss myths. Especially during this time of year when goal setting, weight loss, and overall health are on everyone’s minds, it can be challenging to discern fact from fiction.
And with technology at our fingertips, there are many sources of information that are simply more harmful than helpful.
