Here we are, in the middle of one of the biggest pandemics of all time. To some, this seemingly came out of nowhere, and to others who had been following along closely, this was not a surprise.

Regardless of how prepared you were for the quarantine, this is the new (temporary) normal, and no one knows exactly what to do, but we all know that there’s nowhere to go, so we sit, we stay at home, we slow down, and we pause for a moment.
