We hear that we’re headed in the right direction as the curve continues to flatten and states begin to loosen restrictions and open up.

For the first time, there may be a light at the end of the tunnel. Great news! But as encouraging as this news may be, many remain fearful of opening up too soon, instigating a second wave.

Regardless of who’s right or wrong, there will come a day when we will be without COVID-19 (my lips to God’s ears, eh?). And as we begin to heal our broken lives, many of us may find our psychological recovery lagging far behind the scourge of this pandemic.
