While a lot of us struggle with our emotions as a whole, there are some things we can do to help keep them in check. Sure, those with serious mental health issues are exceptions to this and do sometimes need external help as a result if you’re just unable to come to terms with certain things and don’t know how to process the things you’re feeling, you might just need to get to know yourself a bit better.
Below I am going to go over some of the things I do to keep my emotions in check and to keep myself in the loop on why I am feeling the way that I am.
