I was diagnosed with depression at 13 yrs old. It feels like it is affecting everything in my life. Work, my relationship, etc.
Some days are better than others, but the bad days make it harder to have the good days. I’m 26 now and it still feels like it’s taking over my life.
I have tried what seems to be everything; from medication to yoga, and it still seems to take over my mind and body.How did you overcome this experience?I am still having to work on coping mechanisms to this day.
