Jay’s story
My wife is being treated for clinical depression. She takes meds and is doing better now but I feel so alone. It seems to have come from nowhere and I feel like I’m to blame. The days I would come home from work and talk about the tough times in my day. I could have been more positive and that would not have happened. I have read enough to know this is more complex but it still feels like I could have and should have done more and this could have been avoided.
