When I was 12 I knew I was depressed. From the outside, I’m not someone you would necessarily expect to have depression. I have lots of friends, my grades are good, a family that supports me.
But, for months now, I’ve been lonely, had mental breakdowns over the littlest things.I’m still depressed, but what I do to help is make a list of everything I have going for me at the moment.
It helps me see that I do have things worth living for.It will be ok. Maybe not now, maybe not for a while, but eventually..
