Growing up in a Hispanic home, it was always “clean you won’t be bored”. “It’s all in your head” or “why do you feel like that, you have so much to be happy about”.How did you overcome this experience?It wasn’t until I had a serious panic attack triggered by my anxiety that I ended up in the ER that my family realized that it’s not all okay, it’s not just in my head.

Then I decided, I don’t want to keep caving in. I don’t want to submit to feeling down, or worried, or unlike me.Help others by sharing a brief, positive message.Take it day by day.
