My Migraines Came Back During the COVID-19 Crisis

Before the COVID-19 crisis, I went 433 days without having a migraine. That’s over now. I had been having migraines on a regular basis since 2016 and they stopped after January 13, 2019.

I have no idea why, but they stopped and I was grateful. No more waking up in the middle of the night with a sharp pain behind my eye, no more overheating, nausea, light-sensitivity, noise-sensitivity, and so on.

My life became a little simpler without migraines and I was able to sleep through the night and get through the day without resorting to Excedrin.
