We are closing in on a full year of navigating the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which has impacted many people’s mental health in various ways: grieving the loss of loved ones, not coping well with isolation, fear of catching the virus, financial anxiety and more. Seeing the largely negative effect the pandemic has had on the world around me has brought on a lot of guilt over the fact that the past year has been pretty good for me, mental health-wise.
