When Motivation Is Missing from Your Life
Spring 2017 esperanza magazine again, and, in the Mailbag section, I was struck by the comments having to do with motivation, or, I should say, “lack of motivation. ”Margaret Lanning had written a column called “When I Don’t Want To” in the previous issue (Winter 2017), in which she shared her experiences in dealing with a lack of motivation. I know firsthand how this can be one of the more challenging symptomsof depression and how it lends itself to keeping people STUCK.
