Non-Violent Communication (NVC) is a process of communication created by psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. It is a compilation of ideas about compassionate human behavior, packaged to meet the needs of modern times.Rosenberg refers to NVC as a “language of compassion” (Rosenberg & Chopra, 2015) but emphasizes that NVC is more than a process or language.
