According to some recent statistics, the average American works about 44 hours per week. To get to work, they usually spend approximately 26 minutes traveling in one direction.
And things aren’t any better in the rest of the developed world. It seems that, even though we’re more efficient than ever, we tend to work longer and longer hours.
This aggressive rhythm can be maintained for a while but, in the long run, it’s going to cause consequences. Too Much Pressure Anxiety, depression, and chronic fatigue syndrome are rapidly spreading through our population.
