some health difficulties because she doesn’t drink enough water. Her doctor told her she’s DEHYDRATED! And it seems that her doctor gave her the same advice my doctor shared with me: Drink half of your body weight in ounces.
For example, I weigh 140 pounds, so I should drink 70 ounces of water per day. I’ll admit, this was a struggle to start with!
