I slept on the couch last night and didn’t wake up in writhing pain this morning. This is new for me. A couple of months ago, a night on the couch would’ve meant an inability to move the next morning.
I’m not exactly sure what’s changed. Yes, I’ve been seeing a new chiropractor, and a new somatic therapist, but I’ve also been eating terribly and have been much more stressed at work lately.
I haven’t strength-trained in over a year, and I’ve been dealing with an allergic reaction to my Lyme disease medication for the past four weeks.
