In previous blog posts, I wrote about determining if you are stressed or burnt out and steps you can do to recover. However, what do you do when you see your boss is burned out?
That is, perhaps you see that they barely have the energy to meet with you. Or maybe they tend to snap (where they normally wouldn't) or not react at all (when it would be appropriate to do so) to problems or people around them.
Maybe they don't feel the team is able to solve the problem or they don't bring ideas forward to move the team along. As an employee, this can be also be devastating to you and the team.
