I was lost in the planning stages because I didn’t understand process goals or have any examples to follow.Since then, I’ve learned how to embrace the journey and break my outcome goals into smaller and more manageable process goals.
This approach has improved my focus and reduced frustration because I’m now working towards a surefire strategy that will take me where I want to go––I’m creating a plan of action with achievable daily targets (a process goal).
