You may even feel hurt, and that breaks my heart for you. The truth is you’re still my friend, and I still love you, even if we rarely talk or see each other.
But in all honesty, I’m struggling with social anxiety, and my anxiety may make me seem avoidant or uncaring. My social anxiety is cyclical, which makes staying in touch with friends extremely difficult.
