When I see someone get angry and explode with rage I think if they could take that energy out of the negative and transfer it into a positive zone, an amazing shift would happen.There is some anger within every one of us.

It could be the anger of not being seen for the people that we are, or for not being appreciated for doing the best we can.Holding on to anger and refusing to forgive turns inward, in a destructive way, and keeps us from growing. If we work through a process of listening to anger, accepting it and letting it go, we can then address the source of the anger with love and compassion.
