Life full of celebration and happiness looks a whole lot different from when life gets real and you need support. Where there is struggle, there are people that don’t know how to interact with a person who is experiencing or has experienced trauma.

Avoidance is human nature, and it just so happens that avoidance is most prevalent when the humans on the receiving end need love the most.
