Trying to find a yoga class that suited both my physical health abilities and was trauma-informed seemed impossible. I was lucky to find a gentle class that was specifically for individuals with health conditions, but that was only half of the problem.

It takes me a long time to build up trust in someone and to feel able to confide in them, so I didn't say anything to her and just hoped for the best.It was pretty obvious to Sophie from the first class that all was not well.
