It explained that their actions determine not all people’s happiness. Supposedly:To some degree, this concept propelled the field of positive psychology forward.
It explained how you have power over 40% of your happiness, if not 50%. To some degree, this sounds very positive! Finding happiness could be at your fingertips if you just knew how to go about it!Unfortunately, the paper did leave out a few critical elements.
