How do you explain the compulsive self-aggrandizement, the hostile raging public outbursts, the refusal to acknowledge self evident truths and simple facts, the constant complaining about being under siege, witch-hunted, Unappreciated, unfairly attacked, and how others are mean to him; the incessant lying, the stark absence of humor, common decency, and empathy?
