I love a good morning routine.I adore the structure, the simplicity of it.I love to promise myself that I will be able to get up every morning and do the same, often strenuous, energetic things and that I’ll be well enough to do those same things every day.
When truly, living with chronic illness, that’s not the case.I love the idea of doing ALL THE THINGS and then starting ‘work’.
