2020 hasn't been a great year for most people. In fact, it's been so bad that it's making some people a lot more pessimistic, according to therapists.

In addition to taking more than 240,000 lives, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused millions of people to lose their jobs. Most people haven't seen their friends or loved ones for months and will be forced to spend holidays away from them. This is all happening alongside news about widespread protests of police violence, historic political division, and the deaths of role models and civil rights leaders.
