How to Manage Holiday Stress

Because my family is so spread out geographically, I don’t usually get to spend time with them around the holidays. This year, we were able to celebrate an early Thanksgiving, and it was the first time in a very long time that we all got together.

I learned that I had prepared myself well prior to our gathering, and I recognized that I could have made use of additional tools to reduce the stress that managed to creep up on me.
