He is twice exceptional and works crazy long hours to get his work done. They are saying he’s okay with 504 accommodations but I am adamant he needs support with executive function deficits.
He’s also starting middle school in person this fall. What legal rights do I have on this matter? (Being that they didn’t assess his previous IEP goal?) Is this happening to anyone else?
