Armenian and Azeri Forces Releases Artillery in Fights Over Breakaway Province
On Tuesday, Armenian and Azeri forces released heavy artillery in the latest fighting over the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh, according to both the forces.The Azeri defense ministry stated that the opposing forces tried to recover lost ground by barraging counter-attacks in the directions of Fizuli, Jabrayil, Agdere, and Terter.The ministry explained in a statement that in the morning there were clashes around Fizuli city and the Armenian army shelled the Dashkesan region on the border between the two countries, the region is miles away from Nagorno-Karabakh.Armenia denied these allegations; however, reported combating throughout the night and stated that Nagorno-Karabakh’s army repelled attacks in various directions along the line
