India and China’s diplomats met on Thursday in Moscow to talk about the escalated tensions on the Ladakh border. After four-months of border tension between the Indian Army and the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA), India’s External Affairs Minister Dr.
S Jaishankar and Chinese State Councillor Wang Yi met in-person to ease the tensions and restore the peace. The two of them were in Russian Capital to attend the meeting of foreign ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).During the almost two-hours long discussion, the two of the diplomats reached on a “five-point” consensus to reach the disengagement on the border.
