If there’s one thing we can all agree on it’s that sleep is important—and that collectively, we’re not getting enough of it.

I’ve been guilty of staying up too late to watch one more episode of the latest show, finish reading a chapter, or scroll through Tiktok without thinking about the consequences (lack of quality sleep).
