Stress is triggered by anything from the economy, jobs, home front, kids, illnesses, and so on. In learning how not to stress, you must understand the types of stress and how you encourage it in your life.
The causes of stress (stressors) are varied and multiple, but I am grouping them into two sectors. These are external triggers that affect your immediate ability to stay focused or composed.
