We’ve all been through it and can speak about it in volumes. The worst thing is that it doesn’t only come from others but also from within us, from feelings that we are not doing enough or could have done better or fear of making grave parental mistakes.
Even if it comes from others, it reflects what we think.Mom guilt held me to ransom as it did to everyone else. It kept pushing me to the brink so that I wouldn’t feel like a bad mommy.
