Wondering what steps to take to reach your goals? Everybody has goals. But why are so few people good at achieving them? Popular theory says it all comes down to mindset.
It’s said that if you change your mindset your actions will follow. The idea is that through grit and determination you can set your sights on something, and from that point on tirelessly and unreservedly march toward that goal.
This is undoubtedly true in some cases. But I’m not one of those cases. And I suspect, neither are you. How Can You Improve You Attitude and Reach You Goals? Change is hard and most of us don’t feel like doing it.
