I want you to take a moment and write down the answers to these two questions: When I started my first real professional job, I truly believed that I had learned everything I needed to know to be successful.
I know. It sounds kind of ridiculous looking back on it now – how arrogant and pretentious, right? I just didn’t know that having the basic foundational knowledge to start a job does not guarantee you will be successful over the long-term as you grow into (or out of) your job.
