I was an award-winning personal trainer and nutrition and wellness coach for over eight years. I also spent close to three decades struggling with my own weight and food issues—trying to “stick to” diets and/or healthy eating and lifestyle goals.

And many years struggling with binge eating, bulimia, and (what I thought at the time was) an uncontrollable sugar addiction.
