In March 2020, six of the recruits from SAS: Who Dares Wins will be running 250km through the hot and humid rainforests of Sri Lanka.

That's six marathons in five days. Because in 2018 alone, almost 5,000 men took their own life. That's 94 men a week, 13 a day, one every two hours.

Suicide remains the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. Men find it hard to be open and honest about their feelings.
