Anxiety during lockdown has been a big challenge for me, as I adore being around friends, family and colleagues.What this virus has brought is nothing short of devastation for all, and for myself personally, it’s been a myriad of emotions along the journey.

When I’m feeling anxious, I rely on my faith, family and friends. Anxiety during lockdown has been a big challenge for me, as I adore being around friends, family and colleagues.

My anxiety experience has made me more aware of my own mental health, how to take care of it and what to look out for in the future.I’ve made a special effort to reach out to others, by phone, Zoom, FaceTime, text, email, cards and so on.
