Anxiety set in. A downward spiral began. Fatigue and moderate depression descended upon me. I found myself at the bottom of my dark pit—an ugly, dismal place …It’s taken me a few weeks to get back on top of things.
I’ve done a major makeover of my daily checklist:I implemented this new approach a couple of weeks ago. It’s been working well so far.
This new approach is hopefully designed to help me stay on track to meet my goals yet isn’t so anxiety-producing. Maybe it will help me with the big dilemma of whether to get out of bed or not when I’m feeling quite tired.
