We want to hear what SIG members and others think. Starting with the question of what psychotherapy seeks to change, after much discussion and a survey to membership, we found the most agreement on the notion of "Entrenched Maladaptive Patterns of response" to capture those problems that require professional help.

We'll post more on that in the future. For now, how can these patterns be changed? Starting from the bottom, we then turned to looking at foundational change processes
