I was raped, and then some before I was 18. I was diagnosed when I was 15 with hemophagocytic-lymphohistiocytosis in the summer of 2014.

I was a newly minted sophomore in high school, on the marching band team. I played the flute. I was an honor student, at the time I thought I was going to be a nurse.
