Bollywood actor Asif Basra has died at the age of 53, according to Deadline, on Thursday. His death is still under investigation, but officials believe Basra died by suicide.
As an actor, Basra is perhaps best known for his role in the 2006 comedy “Outsourced.” He starred in other films throughout his career, including “One Night With the King” alongside Omar Sharif and Peter O’Toole, “Once Upon a Time in Mumbai” and “Jab We Met.” Most recently he starred in the Amazon Prime series “Pataal Lok” as well as “Hostages” on India’s Disney subsidiary Hotstar.
