I call my OCD therapy, RIP-R, and I also refer to it as, the beginning of the end. The beginning of the end means that this is the day you decide to stop the bullshit that is running your life.

This is the day you commit to quieting the chatter in your brain and ending the endless, time-consuming behaviors that follow.

This is the day you say to yourself: “I am going to commit to the therapy process, and if my worst fear happens, then so be it.”  This decision and the actions that follow it are definitely when OCD stops running the show.
