No one is immune to the intense, emotional impact of dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. Sure, those of us who are more introverted may experience social isolation as a tranquil reprieve from the pressure of trying to keep up with an extroverted world.

However, this crisis is traumatic for all of us. As such, it arouses a range of emotions that include anxiety and fear about the future and, for all of us a deep feeling of loss.

We may feel grief associated with that loss. Or, we may not be there yet. For some of us, however, anger may be the dominant emotion that we feel.
